The space
This home is gorgeous and truly one of the best views in Surf City with 270 degree sunrise to sunset views and no power lines.

The architecture is so unique, this is not your typical townhome- you get huge windows and soaring ceilings! The "blue" in the "view" is everywhere!

With a pool right behind the house, a playground right next to the house, and a beach right in front of the house this location cannot be beat.

Each bedroom has a private en-suite bath plus there is a powder room and an outdoor hot/cold shower.

The king oceanfront bedroom, on the first floor, has light-blocking curtains & a king sleep number bed so you can each choose your firmness and get a great sleep!

The bunk room, also on the first floor, has light-blocking curtains & a double with single bunk and single trundle.

Upstairs is a queen bedroom with crazy tall ceilings and a huge window.

There are two living rooms! The downstairs living room features a double size sleep sofa.

There's a HUGE chalkboard wall in the loft that will amuse your littles for hours on end. It's a fav.

Liquid hand soap, plus lux shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Starter supplies of paper products plus cleaning supplies will be provided for all rentals.

Surf City is a charming small town, the water is warm and clear and the beaches are gorgeous and uncrowded. Beach access ramp is right across from the house! You can literally walk there in one minute from the house, I timed it! There is a small low-speed road between the house and dune which is not used much.

This is a home to love year-round. Fall is wonderful here on the island with our warm waters. I've spent many winter days on the deck or walking the beach in shorts. Rates are super low in wintertime and this home lets you enjoy the beach without leaving the warmth of your home.

Guest access
The entire house is yours! You will receive your own code to the front door with easy self check-in. Go straight to the house. Codes are changed after every guest for your security.

The entrance is private. The pool is a community pool shared by 25 homes.

Please note there is only parking for 2 cars.

Other things to note
Sheets and bath towels are provided! Please plan to bring your own beach towels. There are also plenty of pillows and blankets in the home for you to use.

A starter supply of paper products will be provided, but you may need to provide your own for longer stays. Liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in each bathroom.

The Sleep Number bed in king bedroom has dual controls so each sleeper gets their perfect firmness.

There is no mail service and package deliveries tend to get sent back by the carriers.

There's the beach in front of the house, a pool right outside your door, and a fabulous playground right next door! A convenience store and the island's quirkiest bar a block away. Shops are 1- 2 miles and there’s a great restaurant just a half mile down the beach (Surf City Line). Sea turtles are released from the Sea Turtle hospital right in front of the house. You can sit and watch the surfers and dolphins while you sip your coffee or cocktail. Or nap in the wonderful hammock swing while watching the ocean or listening to the rustle of the palm trees. It is truly a happy place.

I am a project manager and have a home decor business called Sweep of Sand. Blue View is our dream home in Topsail island. Someday we will live there but for now it is fun to let others have their best vacation ever. We have two awesome adult children. We stay in Airbnbs because they provide the feel of a local area and give a more unique experience than a hotel. Since we own an airbnb we always take good care of properties as guests!
