Quiet coastal neighborhood. Home is located on a cul de sac. Home is located minutes from Restaurants, Weekee Wachee River, Pine Island, Pederson Park, and Rogers Park. We are about a half mile from all local restaurants. About 10 minutes from Hwy 19 for additional dining and stores. This is a very quiet neighborhood so no parties.
