The space
Welcome to Sunset View, a remodeled second-floor Paradise Lakes condo with a king bedroom, an additional loft sleeping area, and convenient access to the community’s wooded waterfront spaces.
The living room provides comfortable seating and a TV, while the adjacent dining counter keeps meals and conversation connected to the kitchen. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, sink, and cabinet storage.
The main bedroom features a king bed and dedicated storage. A separate loft contains a queen mattress for additional guests. Please note that the loft is reached by stairs and has a low ceiling, measuring 4 feet 7 inches at its highest point, so guests should move carefully in this space.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and storage. A washer and dryer are also available.
The condo overlooks the tennis-court area. Nearby, a wooded boardwalk leads to the lake and a waterfront deck with benches and seating—a peaceful place to enjoy the trees and water during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo, as well as the grounds of the Paradise Lakes community.
ENTRANCE TO PARADISE LAKES RESORT CLUBHOUSE IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY.
Membership fees to the resort are additional, and only need to be paid IF you visit the resort. Please check the Paradise Lakes Resort website for details.

The paradise lakes Clothing optional resort community consists of 71 acres in a gated community where you can enjoy being nude anywhere inside the gates.
The Paradise Lakes Resort Club is the central hub within our community and contains 6 pools, a sports bar, a night club, restaurant, gym, volleyball (sand and water) and has various daily & nightly activities.
You would be responsible for day fees to use the amenities inside of the resort.
A golf cart is also available for a modest additional charge, making it easy and fun to get around the Paradise Lakes community.

Paradise Resort Rentals
This condo is located within a NUDIST COMMUNITY. If you're offended by nudity...we highly recommend you stay someplace else.
One question we get a lot is, "Do you have to be naked to stay here?" Absolutely not! The "un-dress code" is not enforced, but we do suggest you give it a try. It's very freeing! Paradise Lakes is super-friendly, however, we do not recommend families with children to stay here. This rental doesn't allow cats. Sorry
The safety of our guests and our neighbors is essential to us. Everyone who stays with us over 30 days must be approved by our condo association and may be subjected to a background check.
