Later, that same spot holds a cocktail while the sun melts into the horizon and the sky puts on its evening show. Morning or night, the view never gets old — and it's yours alone, because the entire home is yours alone. This beautifully appointed coastal home was built for a crowd that still wants their own corners to retreat to. Every suite has its own personality, its own privacy, and its own reason to love it:

1 Queen Suite — ideal for a couple or a solo traveler who wants a room to themselves
1 Bunk Room — two twin-over-twin bunks, built for the kids (and the fun they'll have)
Private Pool House — a self-contained escape with a King-over-King bunk, a sleeper sofa, and its own kitchenette
Grill something at sunset. Float in a heated pool held at a steady 86–88°F. Let the rhythm of the beach set the pace for the whole week — there's nowhere else you need to be.

This is our home, and we're proud to share it. A few things to know before you reserve:
Pool heating: $65/day, paid after booking; must be requested and paid at least 48 hours before check-in
Pets: Dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs, 50 lbs or under each. $200 pet fee. Keep pets off furniture — a $200 cleaning fee applies otherwise
Security deposit: $500 refundable deposit + signed rental agreement required for groups under 25. Details sent within 24 hours of booking; hold placed 24 hours before check-in, released 24 hours after checkout if the home is clean and damage-free
Gas grill: Please clean after use — $150 fee if left dirty
Smoking: No smoking of any kind indoors
Security camera: One Ring camera at the front door for check-in/out monitoring (video + audio). Tampering results in immediate cancellation, no refund
Weather policy: Standard cancellation policy applies unless an active evacuation order is in place; handled case-by-case
House vibe: Not a party house. We're looking for guests who'll love this home the way we do — quiet enjoyment is the whole point
