Charming & cozy 2 bed/2 bath lake home with an open layout and gorgeous lake views. Connect with nature and enjoy all Knife Lake and the surrounding area have to offer! Easily accessible for people of all ages and abilities with minimal stairs and a level approach to the dock. Renovated to include modern amenities, this home is a great place for a quick getaway, a place to gather with friends and family, or a comfortable home away from home.

The space
The home is all one level with two steps up to decks in front and back. Nice level approach to the dock which is solely available to guests during their stay. Fully appointed kitchen, full size washer and dryer, shampoo/conditioner/soap provided.

Guest access
Guests will have sole use of the home, the yard, and the dock. Guests will not have access to the garage.

Other things to note
Sleeping accommodations include a bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a Room and Board king size sleeper sofa in the living room.

There are two public boat launches on the lake. Please park all vehicles in the driveway; trailers can be parked between the driveway and the timber retaining wall.
