Our unit is part of a duplex and is equipped with smart locks and a smart thermostat for efficiency and support. We have 2 outdoor cameras monitoring the entry way and driveway and an outdoor camera in the backyard monitoring the back of the house and backyard open areas.

There is free driveway parking for one vehicle for this unit and we ask that guests in this unit (Unit B on the left side) pull all the way in to park in order provide enough parking access for guests parking in front of Unit A on the right hand side.
