Welcome to our peaceful, squeaky clean 3BR home in the walkable Los Altos area of Long Beach. Located near parks, Seal Beach (12min), Disneyland (25min), Anaheim and SCFAI, Sunny Los Altos is the perfect place to enjoy Long Beach and Orange County. The laid back, neighborly Cali of legend is alive and well on this street while also having modern amenities such as:

The space
The 3-bedroom home is a great place to relax and you wont find a cleaner rental in the area. With its cozy bedrooms, comfortable living room, and well-equipped kitchen, you'll feel right at home.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and plush linens. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with blackout curtains and a pack ‘n play in the closet if needed. The third bedroom/office has twin bunk beds and a few toys and board games in the closet.

The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day. With a cozy swivel loveseat and a large couch, you can curl up with a good book or watch your favorite movie. The dining room has seating for six with a backyard view.

The garage is accessed through the backyard and has laundry, beach gear, a soccer goal and 2 small kids bikes.

Hi! We’re Susan and Mason and we own Sunny Los Altos. We are parents of two kids getting treatment at the nearby Food Allergy Institute. We purchased this home to make our trips to Cali easy, and we’ve fallen in love with the community. We are responsive, reliable hosts with a great local support team.
