The Sugarbush Tiny House/Cabin is a cozy, yet comfortable, 150 SF of space saving design. You will be surprised how the Tiny House lives much larger than it's size.

The Tiny House/Cabin resides on 3.2 acres of wooded forest at the base of Mount Ellen/Sugarbush. You can ski-in from Lower FIS or Snowflake and the slopes are short walk (approximately 1/2 mile) to the base parking lot.

The Tiny House backs up to Lockwood Brook and 20+ acres of Sugarbush owned land.

The space
The Tiny House/Cabin features an American Leather Queen Comfort Sleeper Sofa, considered the most comfortable sleeper sofa on the market. It is a technological marvel, easy to use, and its foam mattress guarantees a great night sleep.

The well equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, one induction burner, convection oven, Keurig K-cup coffee maker and dishwasher. A full assortment of cooking utensils are provided. You will be surprised how much space you have to prepare a meal if you desire! There is also an outdoor propane BBQ for grilling and a fire pit for smoring!

The Tiny House has a 12' Cathedral Ceiling.

Heating and Cooling is provided by a Mitsubishi Heat Pump/Split Unit. There is also Radiant Floor Heating.
A 4000 Watt Micathermic High Output Wall Heater and a bathroom heater are there just in case!
The Tiny House is well insulated and easily stays warm even in sub-zero temperatures!

1GB Fiber Internet Connection and WFI.

Stream your favorite shows on the 55” Samsung Smart TV for casting.

Entipur Water Filtration System produces crystal clear water for all sinks and the shower.

8 - Level 2 chargers are available at no charge at the base of Mount Ellen (1/2 mike away - See Pictures).

Guest access
A key is provided to the unheated storage shed (72 SF) for Guests to store/lock up luggage or gear.
There is a Loft (not pictured) in the Tiny House that is used for Owner Storage and is off limits to Guests.

Other things to note
Please note that a 4WD/AWD vehicle with snow tires or all season tires with good tread and rated for snow is HIGHLY recommended during and just after winter storms, until the roads have been plowed and sanded.

The Tiny House shares the property with a new home that was finished in December 2021 which is approximately 50 feet away and is also available for rental.
