This newly renovated 4 bed, 3 bath located in the Heart of Winter Haven is ready for you! Fresh & clean with new floors, kitchen & bathrooms. You'll have the entire house to yourself with keyless entry, and plenty of driveway parking. The fenced backyard has a porch, fan, & grill.

Take a short 4-mile drive to Legoland or 1-mile downtown to visit family-friendly establishments Union Taproom, downtown shopping and more! Grab a bite at local eateries Thai Haven or Arabella's.

The space
A fully stocked kitchen with new granite counter tops and functionality to make food at home (or dine in!).

The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, private bathroom/shower and access to the back porch via sliding doors.

The living room is spacious, with a smart TV and doors to the back porch.

Bed rooms #2 and #3 are located in a hallway on the main floor, both have queen mattresses. They share a bathroom that is easily accessible from either room or living area.

The final bedroom and bath is located up stairs for a little loft style space. Up there you will find two twin beds and a full bathroom.

All four rooms have plenty of closet space. The backyard is fenced in with a porch that is equipped with nice furniture, a BBQ grill, as well as a ceiling fan for your relaxation.

The entire home is open to you (garage not included). Please keep in mind 1 bedroom (with a bath) is located upstairs.

Other things to note
A grill is available for your use. Please be sure to clean the grill after use to avoid a cleaning fee of $35
