Our cosy studio flat is a perfect base for your adventure in the lake district. Located at the southern end of Windermere lake, it has great access to the rest of the Lake District for exploring and only 10 min to Cartmel racecourse. We are close to many great attractions. Ulverston the festival town is just 25 minutes' drive away. There is also a petrol station/shop 20min walk/2min drive. Grange over Sands is a lovely town to visit and have a wander along the promonade over looking the bay.
The space
The studio is part of a barn conversion in an old farm yard. The studio flat has a lovely new super comfy king-size bed, sofa, coffee table and tv area, shower room, dining area, and a kitchen area. It's a cosy flat with great walks from the doorstep. Off road parking.
Other things to note
Our yard is shared with us and our neighbour.
There is only 1 parking space for the studio.
We have a construction company and our lads very occasionally use our yard and there maybe noise from this but we do try too keep it to a minimum for you.
If bringing a pet/s to the property, please don't leave him/her unattended. Please bring along your pets bed and bowls as I don't provide these for hygiene reasons. I do provide treats and spare poo bags.
The property is non-smoking.
We would appreciate it if you refrained from smoking in the yard area also.
