Beautiful tiny house with amazing panoramic water view on a drive-on island! A peaceful refuge on Case Inlet, this comfortable & stylish tiny home offers water & nature views from every angle.

Private covered deck is a perfect place to enjoy the view with cozy bistro or bar seating & electric grill. Or relax in the rock garden with the sunset & stars next to the toasty propane fire bowl.

Quiet neighborhood & abundant nature. You may spot deer, bald eagles, sea otters, cranes or hummingbirds!

The space
Gorgeous new tiny house with vaulted ceilings & a modern beachy vibe. The home is freshly painted & furnished with multiple areas from which to enjoy to view.

A small but well stocked kitchen has a full sized fridge, electric hot plate and a larger toaster oven. Bistro table has seating for two to enjoy a meal.

The living room has a comfortable loveseat & a gorgeous custom river table. Karaoke machine with 2 mics, Smart TV with DVD player & streaming for Netflix, etc. We also provide a small selection of movies, cards, puzzles & board games.

Covered deck off the living room has water view & a bistro set for enjoying your morning coffee in any weather. We provide an electric grill with cooking tools.

The private garden has chairs to relax & catch some sun or enjoy the sunset & stargazing next to the propane fire bowl at night.

Master loft with Queen bed has windows looking towards the water view. Loft is accessed by ladder-stairs.

Second loft with full bed is accessed by a plumbing pipe ladder.

The bathroom has a full sized shower and a standard toilet hooked up to the septic system. A stackable washer & dryer is an added convenience.

A window air conditioning unit is available seasonally to keep the tiny house cool in the summer. There is an electric fan as well as a super cool ceiling fan! An electric fireplace, two wall heaters & a Vornado space heater keep you cozy in winter.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire tiny home and its own private yard, as well as parking for two cars directly in front of the tiny home.

Sorry but there is NO beach / water access for tiny home guests. There are also no public beaches on the island. There are public beaches nearby in the town of Allyn where you can also rent kayaks.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS LISTING!

We have a strict maximum of 2 guests at the tiny house. Extra guests must be requested in advance and there is a fee of $60 per night per extra guest after 2 guests.

The water view is salt water with tides that typically come in and go fully out twice per day. As a result, there are times when the water view goes away for a few hours, replaced by the view of the shimmering tide flats.

The main home on the property is also an Airbnb rental, so there may be times that you would see or hear the guests staying in that home. Please inquire about booking both properties together. (The main house has exclusive beach access.)

Owner may occasionally need to visit the top tier of the property to access the storage sheds or to move the boat.

Our well is a shallow well that is near the
sea water which means there will at times be a sulfur smell to the water. It has been tested and deemed safe to drink. We provide a Zero Water filter pitcher for guests.

If your stay falls in the colder months you may wish to bring a pair of slippers or thick socks. The lower floor can get a little chilly on the coldest days.

Stretch Island has a bridge to drive on, so you don’t have to take a ferry to reach the island.

Please DO NOT cook strong smelling foods in the kitchen. Salmon is the worst! Everything in the tiny home will smell like it for weeks. We provide an electric grill outside that you can use instead of the double burners. Please close windows & doors when grilling outside.

There is no automatic dishwasher. Dishes are handwashed in the kitchen sink and dried in a dish rack.

The ceilings in the lofts are low & you cannot stand up to walk around the bed. In the master loft you have to crawl on padded rugs to get around the bed. Guests with bad knees or mobility issues should consider whether this arrangement will work for them. The secondary loft has a higher ceiling than the master loft.

The hot water heater is 20 gallons, which is smaller than in an average sized house. Plan accordingly when using hot water for laundry or dishes so you have enough for hot showers.
Water pressure can vary when using multiple water sources at once.

The number of guests in the reservation is the maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time, not just overnight. No additional guests are allowed on the property without prior approval.

Trash & recycling bins are located up at the road, to the left of the driveway and are marked “310”.
