This unit is accessed through the front door (there is also a back door unit that shares a wall and is upstairs from this unit). Enjoy the fully renovated space with a fabulous open living/dining area and modern vibes. Walk to restaurants and shops or take a short drive to all of the area outdoor attractions.. We allow one dog upon approval for $20 per night.

NOTE: We know how important and necessary it is to bring the dog. Please be aware there is no large fenced yard and you will need to walk the dog off the property to do its business. Please pick up after your pet.

This is the front and downstairs unit of a large house split into 2. When other guests are present, you may hear their presence as the other unit is upstairs from this one and also shares some walls downstairs. There are ear plugs and white noise machines in both bedrooms. The door to the back unit is located in the King bedroom and is locked from both sides. The house is located on the Main Street though town so you will hear road noise.

You will have access to the front unit accessible from the front door. The patio area at the back of the house is not for your use.

Other things to note
Please respect the old pipes and flush only TP and human waste.

The fireplace in the house in unsafe and off limits. Do not use it.

The green can is for recycling

The full bed bedroom shares a wall with a bedroom from the other unit in the house and sounds can be heard across the wall.

The door to the back unit is in the King bedroom. It remains locked on both sides and the key is only accessible by management and has noise reducing curtains on both sides as well as sound proofing all around it.

This is not shared space, but is a house split in two so sounds may be heard across units. Use white noise machines and earplugs provided.

-There is a commercial office space downstairs used by one tenant who is seldom there.

-We have recently decided to accept one dog upon approval for $20/night. We know how important and necessary it is to bring the dog. Please be aware there is no large fenced yard and you will need to walk the dog off the property to do its business. Smaller dogs can go in the small fenced area in front of the house but you will need to pick them up and place them in there as there in no gate to get in. Please pick up after your dog.
