Stillwaters is one of the most impressive private rental homes on the south coast. Set within 2.5 acres of private gardens in Bosham’s area of outstanding natural beauty, this 9k square foot residence offers great privacy, exceptional design and every modern comfort you would expect from a multi million pound redevelopment completed in 2024. Unlike many large country homes of similar scale, which can often feel traditional or dated, Stillwaters has been completely modernised with smart home technology, architectural lighting and a high specification contemporary finish.

From the moment you walk through the doors, the house feels expansive. A striking marble entrance hall opens into a spectacular and expansive kitchen and living space designed for hosting and gathering. A handcrafted resin dining table seats up to 14 guests, while full width bifold doors open directly onto the south facing gardens, allowing light to flood the space throughout the day.
This is a house built for memorable group stays. There is a dedicated cinema and games room with a pool table and table football. There is a large, high specification private gym. The five principal bedrooms are all oversized, beautifully finished and fitted with either super king or emperor beds that can be reconfigured into singles if preferred. Air conditioning is provided for all principal areas and bedrooms.
Technology and convenience run through the whole home. Expect LED mood lighting, smart home control systems, electronic blinds, CCTV, coded gate access and secure private parking for up to 12 vehicles.
