Beautiful, new, modern townhome in Vida Sol! 3 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms and 2 living rooms. Private backyard with a fire pit, hot tub, seating area, and grill, and steps away from a community pool. Comes with a washer/dryer, fully appointed kitchen, private parking for 3-4 cars, and public parking for additional cars, RV, trailer, and Boat parking. Welcome to your Southern Utah vacation!

2 Car Garage with additional car parking in the public areas and large parking spaces for your RV, trailers, and boats.

Kitchen and Dining Area
Fully appointed with all cooking necessities to make gourmet meals! In the large pantry, you'll find an insta-pot, crock pot, toaster, blender, and full coffee maker. We also have a keurig station with coffee and hot chocolate k-cups, tea, sweeteners and creamers. The dining table will seat 10 with 2 table extensions, and there are 4 barstools on the kitchen island for a total of 14 place settings. Outside courtyard dining will seat 4 people.

Living Areas
Our spacious living areas, upstairs and downstairs will help you comfortably relax with friends and family. There are 4 Smart TVs throughout the house for streaming your favorite movies or shows. A 65" TV in the downstairs and upstairs living rooms and 55" TVs in the two master bedrooms. Card and board games are provided for additional entertainment. Wi-Fi is also available.

Private Backyard
Outside in our private, fenced backyard you'll have a Hot tub, fire pit, dining table, large BBQ grill, oversized sun umbrella, and additional seating so you can enjoy the beautiful southern Utah weather.

Community Swimming Pool
A few steps from the Front Door is the Community Swimming Pool, which is heated and open for you to enjoy! Pool towels are provided for your use in the townhouse entryway drawers.

Guest access
You will have the entire home to yourself, with the exception to the closet under the stairs. Complete privacy during your stay is something we hope you will enjoy!
