Omg we loved Beth’s place!!! Amazing responsive host helped us get in! The place is gorgeous patio right on the water probably one of the best views. The cozy studio didn’t feel cramped at all which was amazing because it made us feel so comfortable staying in during the hottest hours of the day. Wonderful little kitchenette which has a toaster oven but no stove so be prepared for that. We would definitely stay again. Our dog loved watching the ducks out the window!

We really enjoyed our month-long stay at this condo and it fit most our needs. It was as described and as shown in the pictures other than a few minor furniture differences. Things that exceeded our expectations: quiet, the VIEW, wonderful walking paths, comfy throws for cooler nights, USB charge ports for electronics, fireplace, slightly vaulted ceilings, location. It is an older complex with some wear, but it was in decent repair and everything worked for us. We didn't need to contact Andrea to fix anything. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were provided. Things that would have been nice: The lighting in the living room area was not exceptionally bright and was not conducive to reading. It would have been nice--and there is enough space--to put in a small comfy chair and a reading lamp in the main bedroom. The carpet is well-worn, but there is lovely wood-grain ceramic tile elsewhere. This is on the 3rd floor, but an elevator is available. We will likely return.

Bryan is a great host with a great property. It was exactly what he said it would be and he answered my questions quickly and was super friendly.

We lived staying here!! Everything was immaculate and Heidi is so responsive!!! The hot tub in the back was a big hit with the kids and adults! The kitchen is so well stocked! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place and a great bang for your buck! Jake was a great host and was very responsive and helpful.

Alicia was an amazing host to our family! We were in town for soccer and found it very comfortable, easy to access, very well kept and appreciated the washer and dryer for in between games! We had everything we needed and any questions were quickly answers by Alicia! We will definitely stay here again if our path heads back to St George! Only wish we had more time! Thank you for sharing your place!

Loved staying at The Dwellings. #15 had lovely view of Virgin River below. We come to bike and location is perfect for access to all the great trails nearby.

Beautiful and roomy. Very comfortable. Stocked with lots of extras that were a welcome surprise. Nice neighborhood, though about a 10 min drive from most restaurants and grocery.

This was a beautiful place to stay and close to Tuacahn and St George. Stunning red rock all around and a fun neighborhood. Loved being here and would use this place again.
