Stef&Art Old Town House is located just a few meters away from the heart of the Venetian Port in Chania, undoubtedly the most romantic port in Greece. An exciting place at any time of the year. All the amenities of the city, ATMs, pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. It is located in the center of Chania, 1.1 km from Kum Kapi beach and 1.3 km from Nea Chora beach.
The space
Stef&Art Old Town House was completely renovated in 2022. What makes our house special is its location, with all the historical sights and the city center within walking distance, its comfort and high aesthetics.
From here you can easily discover the old and the new town of Chania, as Stef&Art Old Town House is located in the ideal spot between them, just 50 meters away from the Venetian port of Chania with its picturesque alleys, and just 250 meters away from the center of Chania with its shops and the famous Municipal Market.
Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in a spacious and fully air-conditioned space with a single layout.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with coffee machines (espresso and coffee filter), kettle, toaster, refrigerator and electric stove.
An elegant, simple dining room that can comfortably accommodate 4 people and a comfortable living room in earth tones and a flat-screen TV, complete a welcoming space for the whole family.
