The space
StayHaven is an extraordinary 8,500+ sq. ft. converted historic church created for groups who want to experience Philadelphia together without feeling crowded.
At the heart of the home is our breathtaking former sanctuary, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, original stained-glass windows and a grand crystal chandelier. Multiple seating areas provide plenty of room to gather, relax and enjoy the architecture.
The home accommodates up to 10 overnight guests and features three spacious private suites, each furnished with a king-size bed and private bathroom. Above the main living area is an open loft with a queen-size bed, accessed by spiral stairs and overlooking the sanctuary. Because the loft is open to the space below, it is not a traditional private bedroom.
Additional sleeping accommodations are available in the entertainment area, including a pull-out sofa and daybed.
Guests also have access to a full kitchen, dining area, billiards and entertainment spaces, laundry facilities and four full bathrooms throughout the home.
StayHaven is especially well suited for family trips, reunions, wedding-party accommodations, friend getaways, sporting-event weekends and groups visiting Philadelphia who want something far more memorable than a traditional hotel or rental.
Located just minutes by car from Main Street Manayunk, StayHaven offers convenient access to restaurants, shops and neighborhood attractions while providing an incredible amount of space to come home to.
This isn't simply a place to sleep—it's a place to stay together.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to StayHaven and its living spaces throughout their stay, including the three king suites, queen loft, four full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, grand living space, entertainment areas and laundry facilities.
Guests may park in the driveway as well as directly in front of the driveway. Additional street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. The garage is not available for guest use.
Other things to note
StayHaven is located in a residential Philadelphia neighborhood, and we ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors, particularly during evening and overnight hours.
Please note that the queen loft is an open sleeping area overlooking the main living space and is accessed by a spiral staircase. It does not offer the same privacy as our three king suites.
The home is a large, historic converted church with unique architectural features, multiple levels and stairs throughout.
Driveway parking is available, along with additional parking directly in front of the driveway and street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. The garage is not available to guests.
Only registered overnight guests are permitted unless additional visitors have been discussed and approved in advance. Please message us before booking if you have any questions about your group or stay.
