***FIRE PIT + BBQ GRILL*** We have an outdoor fire pit (propane) and BBQ grill (charcoal). Guests are welcome to enjoy both, but please note the following details:

The BBQ is a charcoal grill with a chimney starter. If you plan to use the grill, please bring charcoal with you.
You are welcome to use whatever propane is in the attached tank for the fire pit. We cannot provide constant replenishment of propane due to the usage rate. If the propane runs out, you can take an empty tank to the store at Pinecrest Lake or Cold Springs for a refill. Some guests opt to bring their own propane tank from home.

GARAGE | 2-car garage for guest use, new washer and dryer, ice chest

Guest access
The entire property is yours to enjoy, except for the second single-car garage used for owner storage. Guests have full access to the main two-car garage, which has direct entry to the house.

Other things to note
ACCESSIBILITY | There are two steps to the front deck to access the front door. Inside the home are two steps from the living space into the hallway. Both sets of stairs can be seen in the house images. There are no steps from the home to the backyard. The backyard is on a slope, so two steps are from the outdoor patio to the fire pit area. We have recently added a hand railing to the four driveway steps leading up to the front deck. We have also added a hand bar to the garage and hallway steps for ease.

PETS | We love our pups! Your house-trained furry family members are welcome in our home. You must pick up all pet waste on the property. We also ask that you kindly keep pets off the furniture to help us maintain a clean setting for our guests.

SECURITY | Our security cameras are only located outside and are facing outward, away from the house. We respect your privacy, and the cameras are used to ensure the safety of our property, ourselves, and guests. There are no cameras inside our home.

WIFI | We are happy to offer our guests free high-speed WiFi with Starlink! Please remember that we are in the middle of a forest; therefore, there will be times when weather impacts internet service. Unfortunately, this comes with the territory and is out of our control. We are unable to offer refunds for disrupted internet service.

Neighborhood highlights

Strawberry is a very small, serene, community along the Stanislaus River. Enjoy walks through the forest and along the river, right outside your front door. Drive 2 minutes to get to Pinecrest Lake, and a couple more miles to Dodge Ridge for winter snow sports. The whole family will love Leland High Sierra Snowplay in the winter, also a few minutes away. Strawberry has a great market for last-minute needs and is within reach of countless beautiful hiking trails.
