You can see the stadium as you exit the condo and Downtown Auburn, Toomer’s Corner & the entertainment district are only a short walk. Prime location for all sports fans, graduation guests, students, professors or visitors just looking to enjoy Auburn! We hope that you have a wonderful Auburn Experience & War Eagle!

The space
You will love this 2 BR / 2 BA condo located within walking distance from campus and downtown Auburn. The space can sleep 6 guests-- two in bedroom 1, two in bed 2 and two on the queen-sized pullout sofa bed. Conveniently located on the first floor, the living room opens to the kitchen and allows everyone to hang out while preparing meals. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit divided by private bathrooms.

*2 Free Parking Passes* 2 Queen Beds, New Queen Sofa Bed, each bedroom has a private bathroom. New paint, flooring, all new bedding to include mattress covers, towels, bathroom accessories, dishes & television. Full kitchen set up, washer & dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic amenities plus a toaster, baking sheet, blender & coffee maker for cozy coffee mornings.
