This luxury 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath accommodation is centrally located within short walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, the taco shop, surf shops, restaurants, parks, and shopping! After your day at the beach, come back to relax in the hammock under the palms in your private tropical patio. You'll fall in love with BEACH BREAK!

The space
You'll enjoy a fully equipped apartment with your own private backyard patio! Open concept kitchen/living/dining. The bedroom has a wonderful king size bed. We have an outdoor shower to rinse off after you walk back from the beach. Full washer & dryer available for you in your own laundry room. You'll enjoy the use of the outdoor grill, patio table, and lounge chairs, plus a hammock.

The apartment is yours to enjoy! You'll be staying in the "Sun" side. It is the apartment on the Right with a Sun on the door!
