The space
Relax and rejuvenate at our condo, Spyglass Blù - fully renovated and situated beachfront on the 17th floor with sweeping, panoramic ocean views. Located within Sunrise Beach Resort, this modern 2BR/2BA retreat features a fully stocked and upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, oversized master bathroom shower with rainfall showerhead, 65” HDTV and more. Enjoy a dazzling sunset from the privacy of the expansive balcony, complete with two lounge chairs, two rocking chairs and a dining table with seating for four.
Complete your evening dining at one of the multiple restaurants within walking distance, including Sharky’s, Moe’s Original BBQ, Runaway Island and Barefoot Hide A Way. Take a longer stroll or drive 1 mile to Pier Park, the bustling, premier entertainment destination that has quickly become the heart of Panama City Beach.
*New in May 2023! Be sure to check out the new 5th floor poolside Soggy Dollar Snack Bar during your stay to grab lunch or a sweet treat for the beach! (open seasonally)

Limit of two parking spaces per unit. There is a separate charge of $50 per vehicle, which covers the entire stay. Fee will need to be paid when registering vehicle(s), approximately one week prior to stay.
Note that the parking garage max vehicle height is 6' 8" (and 6' 4" on parking level 4) and there is not onsite parking for over-sized vehicles. No scooters, rent-able mini vehicles, boats, trailers or rooftop cargo carriers allowed in the parking deck. The building has an unloading area at the entrance.
At this time Sunrise Beach Resort does not have overflow parking. This might change in the future.
Please note that the check-in time is 4 pm and the check-out time is 10 am. Note that peak elevator times are 9 – 10 am & 4-5 pm.
Other things to note
Please note that beach service (chairs/umbrella) is not included with reservations. There is a stand to rent chairs/umbrellas right at the building's entrance to the beach.
All of the beaches in the area are now required to remove the chairs every single night and they actually start taking up the empty chairs earlier than the cut off time, so it can be a little loud when they move the chairs back with the 4-wheeler. Therefore, we prefer to bring our own chairs so that we can situate ourselves wherever we want :)
There is an Alvin's Island store located less than 1/4 mile from our condo to purchase items for your beach week such as chairs, beach/pool towels or beach toys, as these items are not provided in the condo. Walmart has a great selection as well and will deliver.
Note that the twin lofted bed is not for adults. The 2nd bedroom is very small without a dresser.
Note that Thunder Beach is scheduled for October 21-25, 2026; therefore guests will most likely hear loud motorcycles throughout all of Panama City Beach during that time period.
Our condo building just completed an upgrade! After nine months of work, as of May 13th, 2026, all four elevators have been replaced!
Note that unfortunately electric vehicle charging is not possible at Sunrise Beach Resort.
Note that the fitness center is for guests 18 years and older only.
