Welcome to A-Suite at Spur & Main! A spacious 1,000+ sq ft home, offering space to work, relax and recharge after your Alaska adventures. Enjoy quality memory foam, queen beds, a large fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. Walk to restaurants, shopping, the beach, parks, dessert spots, historic Kenai, airport, views and bluffs. A comfortable home base for work trips, longer stays or exploring the Kenai Peninsula.

The space
A-Suite is 1000+ sqft of privacy and peace, located above the SPUR & MAIN Center at the corner of Kenai Spur Hwy and Main Street—right in the heart of Kenai. The building is home to Little Alaskan Boutique, The Enchanted Chair hair studio, BlackRiver Fitness and more, giving you convenient local businesses right downstairs.

The apartment is UPSTAIRS so guests access the apartment via 11 exterior stairs; please review the photos for parking and entry details.

One of the best things about staying here is the location! Restaurants, local shopping, parks, the bluff, parking for all your equipment and toys, and beautiful Kenai views are all within an easy walk. The park on the bluff is just a quick stroll away, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the area.

The exterior of SPUR & MAIN is scheduled for improvements during 2027. These improvements are to the exterior of the commercial property; we will communicate any information that may affect your stay.

Guests have a private entrance to A-Suite on the second/top floor of SPUR & MAIN. Park in your designated space and follow the exterior stairs—11 steps along the side of the commercial building—to the apartment entrance. Please see photos for parking and entry details.

You’ll receive a private access code for the electronic door lock, allowing easy self-entry.

Need additional parking for an RV, boat, trailer or additional work vehicle? We have plenty of parking and are happy to make arrangements in advance. Please contact us before arrival so we can reserve the appropriate space.

Other things to note
Accessibility: A-Suite is a second-floor walk-up accessed by 11 exterior stairs and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Please review the photos of the entrance and stairs before booking.

Pets & Smoking: Because A-Suite is part of a larger commercial property with no private yard, pets and smoking are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Alaska Summer Daylight: During spring and summer, Alaska’s extended daylight hours are a wonderful part of the experience—and our skylights bring plenty of that natural light into the main living areas. Complete blackout is difficult, even with window coverings. If you’re sensitive to light or not accustomed to Alaska’s 18–24 hours of seasonal daylight, we recommend bringing a sleep/eye mask for more comfortable sleeping.
