Other things to note
Good to know before you book:

• Dogs are welcome with advance approval and a pet fee (no cats, due to allergies). We just ask that you keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. Full details are in the house rules.

• Train tracks: the home is about a half-mile from train tracks, so you may hear passing trains. We provide white noise machines in every bedroom for comfort.

• Baby and toddler gear is available to rent directly from BabyQuip (not free at the home). Use the link in your boarding pass, or book what you want on BabyQuip's website.

• We keep up routine professional pest control. Texas has seasonal insects, so just let us know if anything comes up and we'll handle it.

• Trash: please roll the bins to the curb on collection days for pickup.
