Welcome to Spring Cottage, a beautifully decorated cottage nestled in the charming downtown historic Cave Spring. This cozy cottage has a rocking chair front porch with an open concept design. This is a non-smoking, pet free environment. It is completely private with a front door code that will give you personal and secure access. The cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of unique shops, eateries, Rolater Park, cave exploration, historic buildings, Pinhoti trail and more.
The space
The cottage offers a comfortable queen size bed, television with Amazon Prime Firestick and Netflix, sofa, kitchenette with seating, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and a mini-fridge with freezer. The bath provides a shower, hair dryer and hygiene products. The heating and air unit offers the convenience of a remote. There is also free wifi access. The kitchenette area can also be used as a work station.
The cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of unique shops and eateries. Explore Rolater Park with its natural spring and cave, trout pond and historic buildings.
Local festivals, farmers markets and holiday parades are town favorites throughout the year.
A local grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, a coffee shop, ice cream shop, antique stores, plant nursery, hair salons and clinic are all within walking distance of Spring Cottage.
Late night strolls can be enjoyed through the neighborhood on lit sidewalks to the downtown area.
Please note the parking area is limited to one vehicle.

You will have private access to the cottage using a secure code entry. The entire space is yours to enjoy, including a fire pit and grilling area.

- Guests must be 25 years old or older to book.
- You may not book the house on behalf of someone else.
- No smoking (anything) anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee post-checkout.
- There is a maximum of 2 adult guests. Bringing additional guests will result in an early end to your stay with no refund.
- No parties or events. Evidence of parties or events will result in an early end to your stay and an additional $100 cleaning fee.
- Please do not put anything except toilet paper in the toilet.
- No pets are allowed. Evidence of pets will result in an early end to your stay with no refund and an additional $100 cleaning fee after checkout.
Please do not move any furniture inside or outside the cottage. If you need anything please notify us.

Infant pack and play can be provided upon request.
Bicycles for two can be provided for town exploration upon request.
