Great location! Small cozy guest house. Parking spot was tight for our large 2500 but we made it work. Recommendations were great.

One of our best Airbnb experiences. Even better than advertised; clean, well stocked (bfast bars too), new (not slightly used or worse) utensils-pans-coffee maker-etc., comfy beds, pretty furniture, lots of new towels, and last but not least...a boat dock w/ a canoe AND rocking chairs (thx Tom). Well maintained property in a wonderful n'hood. Quiet-peaceful lake living!!! We'll be back!

Thank you so much to Juana for hosting us in Athens for our daughter’s graduation. Her cottage is so cute and is in a very peaceful location, still very close to the stadium, restaurants and downtown. Both the bed and the cot were very comfortable. I would definitely pick this location again for our next trip. 😊

This was my second stay at this lovely cottage, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Fresh linens and towels were provided, and the separate bedroom from the main living area gave it a nice sense of space and privacy. The kitchenette and dining table made it easy to enjoy meals in, and everything was well maintained and spotless. The location is ideal—central and just a short distance from the UGA campus. The owner greeted me upon arrival, which added a personal and welcoming touch. I’d definitely stay here again!

Had a very relaxed stay at Janice’s guest house. I was in town for a wedding and felt free to come and go as needed and was very comfortable in the space. If I find myself in the Blairsville area again I would stay here again in the future!

It was a great place to stay while visiting family

From the get go Terry was communicating with us. The place was cute. We didn't have time but there was an outdoor area set up with chairs and hammock. Yard makes the place feel comfortable and easy going. Bed was extremely comfortable. Place was very clean. Had plenty of extras i.e. soap, shampoo, and other toiletries if you forget. Kitchen is small but enough to do if you don't eat out. We had dogs so having a yard for them was nice but not 100% fenced in. There were covers on couch and love seat so they could lay on them. Would stay there again if given the chance.

My husband and our two dogs and I had a wonderful stay in this adorable little house. We loved the rustic feel yet modern interior and the neighborhood was beautiful with so many huge live oak trees and the marsh and river so close by. We also loved being able to walk into town and have dinner. We will definitely come back again!

I absolutely fell in love with Adam’s little space!! It was perfect and everything we needed for the weekend getaway. I loved that even though it’s off the main road, you don’t hear the traffic. We enjoyed the covered deck. I could have sat there all weekend. My pup loved being able to run around the fenced in yard. I love that everything is so accessible to the house like the beach, coffee shops, pastries, and great restaurants. I will definitely stay again.

A charming spot! The greenery outside the windows was beautiful and really made it feel private. The space was larger than I anticipated and fit perfectly what we needed.

The cozy cottage was a perfect choice for myself. It was peaceful and quiet, and comfortable. Melanie put a lot of thought into the cottage.

Although we had some technical difficulties because of a storm that came through the day before we arrived, the location was just like it looks in the pictures and Brandi did everything she could to try to accommodate us. This is a VERY private cozy spot. Very clean and modern. There are steps but it’s clear in the description. 5 stars for sure.

Perfectly located for anyone visiting the Blue Ridge area. It’s close to downtown, but it’s also out of the way and quiet. Nice relaxing space, it has everything you need, and it’s a fantastic value. 10/10 would stay here again!

Kimberly was truly one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had — and we travel often, so that says a lot! Her home is absolutely charming, nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood that made us feel instantly at ease. My husband and I were just passing through and needed a place for a quick one-night stay, but honestly, we found ourselves wishing we could’ve stayed longer. Kimberly welcomed us warmly and even made sure her backyard was all set up for our fur babies to explore comfortably. It was such a sweet gesture and made the experience feel extra special. Highly recommend!

Faith is a responsive host, easy to communicate with. Her place is very peaceful. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We would definitely return!

Kathleen's place is the perfect location. We were in town for a wedding, but were honestly shocked at how close it was to Athens and the University. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to Athens, which is amazing. The area felt safe, and our stay was very peaceful. Kathleen was a great communicator. We had a little issue with the shower, and she came over immediately. The place was spotless, and well stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Andrena was an amazing host! She was super responsive with any questions we had. We stayed for 4 months for a work assignment in the area and were very comfortable and felt safe. The lodgings were very spacious! We greatly appreciated the experience!

Great to stay at Claire’s place. Convenient to all Roswell has to offer.
