The space
This well-equipped apartment, designed to ensure a comfortable stay, is located on a quiet street in the historic Santo Spirito district, known for its artisan shops. Situated on the 3rd floor (45 steps) of a typical, ancient Florentine building, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.

The apartment consists of:
- Two bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a spacious second bedroom with two single beds.
- A fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, and cooking accessories.
- A bright dining room with a table and chairs.
- A living room with a sofa and a smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.).
- A bathroom with a shower and bidet.

The cozy, spacious, and quiet atmosphere makes it ideal for families.

The apartment features three Mitsubishi air conditioning units: one in each bedroom and one in the dining room.

- Located just at the edge of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), the apartment cannot be reached by car without a pass. However, access is allowed daily from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. (parking is reserved for residents only).
- For parking, you can use one of the many private garages in the area.
- On Sundays, car access to the city center is permitted all day.

Other things to note
Please note that the apartment is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility, as it is located on the 3rd floor and can only be accessed by climbing 45 steps, with no elevator available.
