The fully equipped kitchen provides cookware, utensils, and essentials for your stay, along with a coffee maker and full-size refrigerator.

Guests have full access to the entire main-floor living space (1,488 sq ft) and may park in two garage stalls using the provided opener.

HOUSE RULES & DETAILS

• Occupancy: Base rate covers up to 4 guests. An additional $50/night applies for a 5th guest.

• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with a one-time $30 pet fee. No additional animals are permitted. Guests must clean up after pets and keep dogs off furniture and bedding.

• Smoking / Vaping: No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or garage, including marijuana (even if medically prescribed). This is to ensure a comfortable, odor-free environment for future guests who may have sensitivities or health concerns.

• Parties: No parties, events, or unregistered visitors.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.

• Check-Out: Before leaving, please (1) place used towels in hampers, (2) bag all trash and pet waste into the garage bins, and (3) run the dishwasher if needed. Use the Airbnb app’s checkout button to let me know you’ve departed so I may prepare for my next guests.
