[GENERAL NOISE]
Please take into account that downtown Oaxaca is bursting with life. At all hours. Because of our location, there is always a chance for our neighbors to throw late night events, church bells and fireworks at 5am, parades, etc. This is amplified during the tourist high season of October-April. Our house is a cataloged historic building, with open air hallways and NO soundproofing. If these kinds of noises may affect your comfort, please consider booking a newer hotel or building.

[EXPECTATIONS]
We hope to set realistic expectations. This is our home, and not a hotel. We ask that residents take care of the casa, and help us maintain clean shared spaces. It is a cataloged historic building. She has many quirks, including delicate plumbing & electricity, potential for outside noise, and open air hallways w/ outdoor elements showing up every once in a while. We kindly ask that you read through all of the listed details of the space, and guest expectations before booking.
