[GENERAL NOISE]
Please take into account that downtown Oaxaca is bursting with life. At all hours. Because of our location, there is always a chance for our neighbors to throw late night events, church bells and fireworks at 5am, parades, etc. This is amplified during the tourist high season of October-April. Our house is a cataloged historic building, with open air hallways and NO soundproofing. If these kinds of noises may affect your comfort, please consider booking a newer hotel or building.

[EXPECTATIONS]
We hope to set realistic expectations. This is our home, and not a hotel. We ask that residents take care of our belongings, and help us maintain clean shared spaces. It is a cataloged historic building. She has many quirks, including delicate plumbing & electricity, potential for outside noise, and open air hallways w/ outdoor elements showing up every once in a while. These older buildings can often be something new to navigate, but with a bit of patience, you should find all obstacles have solutions. Just let us know, we are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible! if you find these things as charming as we do, and are looking to experience real day to day life living in the historic center of oaxaca de juarez, soltera is for you! We kindly ask that you read through all of the listed details of the space, and guest expectations before booking.
[LAUNDRY SERVICES]
We are pleased to offer complimentary laundry services for our guests upon request. To utilize this service, please deliver your laundry bag to the Soltera staff at the bar, available Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 6 pm.
In our commitment to conserving natural resources, we wash only complete loads. All items in your laundry bag will be processed together, using cold water and a gentle scented soap, followed by drying in our dryer.
Please ensure that you check your garments for any items that could stain or damage your laundry, as guests are responsible for removing such items from pockets. Soltera will not be held liable for any damaged belongings.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
