Brand new condo with THE LARGEST rooftop pool in North America! Amazing location in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, night clubs, art galleries and cultural centers. Very close to Malecon Boardwalk and “Los Muertos” beach, there’s very little need for a car or public transportation.

This unit is on the fifth overall floor of the building (the first four floors are the lobby, gym and some office space), which is the first residential floor.

The pool area's bar and restaurant are now open!! So is the HUGE air conditioned gym. Please note: The pool heaters are officially set up as of December 2024!

Other things to note
Zona Romantica is a very busy, exciting area of Puerto Vallarta. That being said, no matter where you stay in ZR, there will be noise from bar music, street noises, restaurants or general people. We have recently (as of June 2025) put in 3 paned-glass sliding doors on the front and back of the condo that are supposed to be the most sound proof in Mexico!! We are one of the only units in this building with these doors!

In addition, the secondary bedroom has a bed that is size “matrimonial”. This bed is slightly larger than an American double bed, but a few inches smaller than an American Queen bed.
