S&D House is located in the center of Da Nang city. This place has just been built in July 2019 with 2 floors, the 1st floor is a cozy living room and kitchen where you can cook during your stay with 1 bathroom including washing machine, 2nd floor is a 2-bedroom apartment for families with a toilet. Besides, we have a nice spacious and airy terrace planting many impressive cactus.

3. Turn off electrical appliances when not in use or when going out to avoid electrical overload and sudden power outages.
4. No eating in bed - a cleaning fee of 300,000 VND/set may apply if the bed sheet is heavily soiled.
5. Free housekeeping and towel change service is provided every 3 days during your stay. You can wash the towels yourself in the laundry room if you need to reuse them sooner.
An unscheduled cleaning request will incur a surcharge of 200,000 VND per time.
6. Note on insect prevention:
We always strive to keep the space clean and minimize insects. However, due to the tropical climate in Danang and the surrounding green areas, mosquitoes or cockroaches may appear (especially during the rainy season or when the lights are on in the evening).
To ensure the best stay experience, please CLOSE the windows and doors when going out to the balcony, even when leaving the apartment.
