Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

This is the first time I've decided on a place to stay through Airbnb, so I was honestly worried. But when I arrived at the house and I went in, my worries disappeared... Thanks to you, it was a really comfortable and enjoyable trip to Da Nang. I definitely want to visit again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay at this luxury home in Da Nang. The accommodation was exactly as depicted in the photos - beautiful and spacious. The responsive kind host provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations that we greatly appreciated. Whenever we had any issues, the host was quick to address them. The pool was clean and deep, while the sauna proved to be a wonderfully relaxing amenity. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable - I almost wished I could have brought it home! 😂 The home's convenient location, close to Da Nang's main attractions, made it easy for us to get around using Grab. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Da Nang and would highly recommend this rental home to anyone traveling to the area. 😄

It was nice to travel with a friendly and quick response. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door in the room on the second floor looks like it needs repair, but it didn't interfere with using it.

Thìs house is in a great spot if you are looking for a peaceful neighborhood. It is quiet and located about 1/2 way between the beach and old town - both are walkable (20 mins or so) or a shorter bike ride. The lanes and paths through the rice fields make it really easy. It is also close to the market and shops. Plenty of local places to eat nearby. We went to ôm Yoga each day which was a 5 minute bike ride. The house is well appointed and the pool was a god send. Huong is a really responsive host - responded straight away. I would recommend using the hosts airport pick up service as the house can be hard to find the first time especially at night. The car service is also cheap.we stayed here for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay private

Amy is an incredible host, always so responsive and attentive. Amy provided numerous recommendations for restaurants and activities. The house itself was incredible. The setting is peaceful private gardens and the home provides the perfect combination of indoor/outdoor living. We spent hours everyday lounging in the alcove by the pool. The breakfast service option provided our choice of options, on-time every morning and was delicious 😋. Everyday was a different selection of fruits. This was the most restful/peaceful trip we have ever experienced. Our stay was 1 week but I will definitely be back for a longer stay.

What a great week! A vacation for my family that felt like a… vacation! Boys were so happy with the house, pool and surroundings, and my wife and I could relax and enjoy an bang each day. Star of the show was Lam and her team - they were so helpful, fun to speak with and truly made our stay wonderful. From bicycles to day trips, from airport transfers to food recommendations, from umbrellas to laundry - Thank you!

The accommodation has a bed on every floor, and there is a bathroom, so I used it comfortably. The kids had an enjoyable stay up and down the floor. However, it was a bit unfortunate that it was on the top floor in the refrigerator:) And it's too bad I couldn't use the rooftop. It was a very good accommodation for the price.

It is a spacious and pleasant accommodation around My Khe Beach. Three generations went comfortably with my parents. There's a lot to eat around here, and it's nice. It's nice that you communicate quickly and speak Korean.

It was the perfect place to stay. This is what I think about this place 1. The accommodation is very pleasant - It's cleaned well. - The bedding is very clean and helps with a good night's sleep. - The towels that are changed every day are also clean. 2. Your privacy is protected. (but keep your etiquette) - It is far from a normal family home, so there are no complaints even if you play a loud song. - I played music in the pool, but there was no family home nearby, so it was comfortable. - The walls are high, so you are protected from the gaze of others. 3. The living room and kitchen are separated. - There is no smell of food in the living room, so you can rest comfortably. - Equipped with a large dining table and chairs enough for 8 people to eat. - Tableware is enough. 4. Easy to get in and out. - It's convenient because it's an electronic door lock password, not a key method. 5. The level of each room is similar. -If you travel with friends, you may be sensitive when choosing a room, but all four rooms are similar and at the master room level. 6. The pool is clean. - There is a depth about 1.6m from a low depth to a depth of about 1.6m, so it's good to play. - There are waterfalls and bubbles to enhance the pool. - Bunwick is better if you turn on the lights and swim at night - There is a sunbad, so it is good for sunbathing. - There is a high-end JBL speaker, so it is good for music and swimming. 7. Miscellaneous - The owner is friendly and his brother and staff are friendly and accommodating. - A barbecue grill is available. If I visit Da Nang again, I will use this accommodation again.

My daughter and I stayed one week and I wish we could have stayed longer. Huong recommended various things to see and do and organised a lot of it for us also. Kim Anhs breakfast each morning was fantastic, we stuck with Vietnamese breakfasts the whole stay. When we needed a doctor Huong was also there to help us. The most special touch that we were tototally blown away by was the birthday cake Huong had organised as we had both just celebrated our birthdays a week or so prior. Would go back in a heartbeat. This place is in a great location near the beach, with restaurants close by. It’s a safe area. The four rooms are spacious and nicely air conditioned, the pool was clean with an outdoor shower. The house itself is a multi-storey residence with space for many guests, and as a family of four we only used three of the four rooms. Quan was helpful and welcoming and met us on the Main Street as the taxi can’t take you all the way there. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. We even ordered food from the Moon restaurant who delivered it in a tray. We would love to come back! Thanks.

The house is very beautiful and cool. Each room had a toilet and shower, and was so comfortable. There was free water and cool tableware. My host gave me some souvenires. The problem is that it is difficult to lock the door.

We were on holiday with our family and 2 children. Ideal location of the villa, the house is spacious, has everything you need, a great pool. Very quiet, close to the sea, close to restaurants and shops. The best location for a holiday in Hoi An. The house is not new, but well maintained.

Absolutely the place for design lovers. This architecture is truly outstanding. And the house is well kept. The team around the host managing the house is very service oriented and super responsive! Of course like mentioned in other reviews, the ground floor is outside, so you have to live with nature. We didn’t see this as a negative point. Absolutely great place to stay.

Excellent home and excellent stay. Very peaceful locality and very near to Hoi An town. All the facilities in the house were well organized. Both Hien and Vu are very hospitable hosts and always available for all assistance and queries. We three had a nice time and look forward to visist and stay again.

I had a good stay without any inconvenience with a quick response. It's good for 8-10 people.
