Welcome to your perfect getaway! This modern 8th-floor apartment in the Selva Coral project offers breathtaking ocean and mountain views, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Sleeps 4 guests comfortably, fully equipped for vacation stays or who says remote work can't feel like a getaway?, watch stunning sunsets, spot exotic birds like toucans, macaws, and parrots. Whether you're here to unwind, explore, or work remotely in paradise, this apartment has everything you need.

The space
Imagine landing in San Jose and driving directly to the closest beach , less than 1.5 hours from the international airport Juan Santamaría. The apartment (that we call "Sky Toucan", because you may see them frequently flying in the area) has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room integrated with the kitchen, a terrace and laundry room. A free covered parking space is included. Sky Toucan is part of the complex Selva Coral, gated community which has several ammenities that will make your stay more comfortable. The location is ideal if you want to visit other beaches in the area, for example Herradura, Hermosa, Palo Verde, Mantas, Bejuco, Esterillos, Bandera. You can also visit from here in roughly 70 minutes Manuel Antonio National Park.

Guest access
Besides the apartment you will have access to the swiming pool, BBQ spots, half basketball court, pickleball court, gym, playground, game room and a coworking area.

Other things to note
Smoking/vapping is not allowed in any place in the apartment or the complex, there is a fine of $300 in case that happens

For security reasons and to comply with condominium regulations, all guests must provide their full name and valid ID number (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) before check-in.

Only registered guests are allowed.
No additional guests can be added after check-in.
