★ •The apartment is on the penultimate floor of a new building with an elevator and PARKING space. Enjoy the entire space to yourself, ensuring privacy and a relaxing atmosphere throughout your stay.
★ •South-West facing, the apartment offers unobstructed views and is is ideally located at the very heart of the Kotor Bay, in a part of the municipality called Dobrota. It’s only 2.7 km from Kotor Old Town and 10 km away from Tivat Airport. Dobrota is renowned for being on the sunniest side of Kotor Bay and is just adjacent to Kotor Old Town, which is easily reachable with a scenic 45-minute stroll along the beautiful seafront promenade or a quick 5-minute drive.
★ •3min walk to small local Bakery and mini Market. The closest medium-sized grocery store is 1.4 km away (quick 3-minute drive), while larger supermarkets are available further along the road.

☛ IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The building is situated at the top of a hill, offering stunning views from its elevated position. Please note, however, that returning from the beach and seafront promenade involves a steep uphill climb. The seafront is about a 5-minute walk down, but the uphill walk back takes approximately 10 minutes. As you may see from a couple of reviews, guests without a vehicle could find themselves getting a bit more exercise than expected! For a more comfortable stay, we highly recommend renting a car. There is parking at the residence, and having a car will also allow you to explore Montenegro and visit its many beautiful and historic sites.

★ Dobrota is located between Kotor Old Town and the other villages of Kotor Bay. It is a central and convenient location to settle in order to explore the area for many reasons, with the most important being its proximity to some of Montenegro’s major sites (roughly 15-min drive to Perast, 15-min to Tivat, 40-min to Budva, one-hour to Lovcen National Park and so much more).
★ Dobrota is renowned for its prime location, right next to Kotor Old Town, situated on the sunniest side of Kotor Bay and offering beautiful sunset views. Locals love to come here for a summer retreat: old folks gossip and tan on the piers while the kids are playing, fishermen come out in the evening... The Dobrota seafront promenade is also great for romantic and evening walks.
