We stayed for a few weeks with a family - the apartment is very comfortable, tastefully designed, and the surroundings are lovely and peaceful. Great terrace, lots of storage space, full working desk. We had a great time!

Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Highly recommend if you have a car. The house is immaculately private parking, it is located in the middle of Perast and Kotor, we went there for food. Since the road passed in front of the house, it was a click, but it didn't bother us at all. We went in February, there was air conditioning and electric honeycomb for heating. The host responded to each of my messages in max 30 minutes.

We felt as home! City center in the middle of everything, side see view, location is perfect. The App is on the 2nd floor by stairs, clear instructions and flexible check in and check out. Maja is great host and very responsive. We also got welcome gifts- sweets and toys for the kids and wine. We had great start of New year there and hope to come back. For every recommendation!

Nice place with a beautiful view. Very close to the old town, 10-15 minutes walk along the bay. Away from the noise. There are shops and a bakery along the way. The place itself was clean and it correspond to photos. The only feature that you may not like is the place is on a mountain and you need to climb. Everything else is just fine and fits. The host also offered to check in earlier, at a convenient time for me.

Nenad is such a lovely host. The studio flat is spotless, conveniently located and very peaceful, very nice view from the balcony. Nenad's recommendations for places to eat were spot on and he also helped us with the airport transfers. We had a very interesting conversation about the history of Montenegro too :)

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

It was a great stay! We were especially thankful for all the plates and cups we had for our big family. And the hostess was extremely nice!

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic time, the property was amazing and matched the description completely. Eamonn was a wonderful host, always on hand with recommendations and local advice. I could not recommend a stay here highly enough.

We stayed for 3 nights and wish we’d stayed longer! The whole house was super homely with everything you could need, bed was super comfy not to mention the views were spectacular! I would give this more stars if I could. Anita was always available if we needed and sent a load of recommendations. Loved everything about our stay, thank you for having us!

We felt very comfortable with Nenad! It is a great apartment with a nice terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had problems finding the accommodation (driving to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 min walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thanks for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We had a lovely stay in stevan's apartment room located on the top floor of the house Unfortunately, the windows are a little small But otherwise everything was great! Location is great for a good time in Perast And Stévan was very nice and accommodating!

The house is very well located, the view from the outside is nice, the dining😋 room downstairs is also very well equipped, and it is beautifully renovated, Bocche was very quick to respond to messages and answered many of our questions, very recommend staying there!

Beautiful spot on the lake - you can walk right down to the waterfront in a minute. We even saw dolphins on the last day! There is a grocery store nearby and a nice balcony to eat on. We had a great time!

The location of the house is very good. There is a parking. The hosts welcomed nicely. The view is great. I would definitely like to experience in summer. Because the house is near the sea.

We have visited Montenegro 3 times and this is the most stunning place I’ve ever been. It was exactly like the pictures, peaceful and beautiful. You can go for a walk right next to the see surrended with gorgeous houses. Perast side was extremely quiet. Apartment was so clean and well designed. Ana and Stefan was very helpful, we will definitely will be back!!

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.
