This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo sits on the third floor of the Silver Mill building and comfortably sleeps 4 with a king bed and a sofa sleeper. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a private east-facing balcony with mountain views. Free covered parking in the heated underground garage and high-speed Wi-Fi keep things easy.

Third-floor Silver Mill condo — 1 bedroom with a king bed, living room with a sofa sleeper, full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender). A gas fireplace warms the living area. Private covered balcony faces east with mountain views. Comfortably sleeps 4.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Building Systems — The building uses central heating and a shared hot-water system. Routine maintenance is scheduled during off-season mid-day hours. In rare emergencies the building may shut down heat or water briefly with limited notice.

Village Activity — Keystone is an active resort village. Expect foot traffic, events, snow-clearing equipment, and occasional construction. We cannot control activity outside the unit.

Altitude — Keystone sits at 9,300 ft (2,835 m). Some guests experience mild altitude effects (headache, fatigue, shortness of breath). Drink plenty of water, limit alcohol on your first day, and take it easy. Symptoms typically resolve within 24–48 hours.

Snow and Ice — During winter months, walkways, stairs, and parking areas may be icy or snow-packed despite regular clearing. Wear appropriate footwear and use caution.

Early Check-in — Not guaranteed. Requests must be sent via message to the host (not Airbnb’s built-in early check-in request). The only way to guarantee early check-in is to book the previous night.

Keystone is a year-round resort. Winter brings world-class skiing across three mountains, plus tubing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating. Summer and fall offer hiking, mountain biking, gondola rides, paddleboarding at Keystone Lake, a kid-friendly activity zone, live concerts, and weekly festivals. Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin are a short drive away. Silverthorne outlets and Dillon Reservoir are 15 minutes out.
