Two queen size beds, one of which is a murphy bed in secondary bedroom which doubles as an office. Located just a block from the heart of Fruita with multiple dining options, bike rental, coffee shops etc

The space is small (686 sqft) but totally functional! Two full bedrooms, full size kitchen with full size appliances and a comfortable living room. Living space extends to the front and back patio for extra room! You will be pleasantly surprised how well it lives for being small! Locking bike garage for all of your adventures!
