WORK. BEACH. RELAX. REMOTE WORK PARADISE! An upstairs complete beach home away from home. A bright, modern beach house design with a complete kitchen, a private sundeck patio, a barbecue area, and a perfect location. Walk to the beach, walk to a huge park for the kids, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A short bike ride and you are in Pismo, Grover beach or Arroyo Grande. A quick car ride will take you to Avila beach and Shell beach. Venture a little further with a 15-20 minute drive to San Luis Obispo SLO, Cayucos or Morro Bay.

This beautiful upstairs condo is within steps of the enormous and pristine Oceano Beach. Enjoy a bonfire at night on the beach or stay in and listen to the waves crash on the shoreline. An Unlimited Daily pass is provided to drive your vehicle onto the beach. Watch the sunset on the ocean from the condo, the Beach or the Pismo Beach Pier less than 2 miles north. Take a driving tour of the local wineries or tee off at one of several golf courses (including Avila Beach, Blacklake, Cypress Ridge, Monarch Dunes, and Pismo Beach) within a 10-mile radius.

Whether you're a beach-goer or a thrill-seeker, you'll love coming home to this polished, comfortable living space. Open a window and RELAX to the ocean waves crashing on the shore right outside of the window. Log onto the free private Wi-Fi to stream music or share photos of your adventures, light the gas fireplace when the evening breezes move in, and settle in for a night of Netflix favorites on the wall-mounted 42” Smart TV (Netflix service is included). Board games, playing cards and puzzles are in the living room, perfect for a family fun night!

Each morning, Enjoy a hot cup of locally roasted organic Deltina coffee in the living room while watching the sun rise on the waves. We also provide waffles and all of the fixings to make them delicious, read the newspaper outside on the patio, and take strolls on the beach. Test your surfing skills in the waves, come home to flip burgers and hot dogs on the communal gas grill, and RELAX. You are on beach time!

Almost everything is provided. In the kitchen, we provide all pots, pans, eating/cooking utensils, plates, napkins, cooking seasonings, coffee/drinking cups, Deltina coffee, sweeteners, creamer and more. Stainless steel full-size appliances (stove, air fryer, microwave, refrigerator/freezer) are in the kitchen.

For the kids, take 800 steps to an Enormous playground and park. The playground has a huge pirate ship, multiple slides and swings, a zipline and more. Pack a picnic and enjoy an afternoon with the family. The kids will definitely sleep well!

Neighborhood highlights

There is so much to do surrounding the condo. If you like the outdoors, there are walking, hiking, and biking trails. Of course there is the beach.. several at that. If you like to shop, there a many boutique businesses within minutes of the condo. If you prefer to relax, the condo is a great place to do just that. Watch Netflix, play pandora or the provided games and open a window for fresh air. We all have to eat and there are many many great places to eat. Old Juans has excellent Mexican food and fish n chips. They have a nice patio and a great drink selection at their bar. Best part they are only 500 to 600 steps from the condo.
