Nice spot with a lot to do around it, super friendly people everywhere. House was nice and clean and it’s in a quiet neighborhood besides the airport.

Our stay at Jim's place was a perfect get away. A very nice location, the house was very clean and cozy. Beautiful scenery of Morro Rock on the rooftop. I definitely will be staying again. I recommend it if you want a very relaxing escape this is a perfect choice. 😃

A dream beach house ! we had so much fun at the house on the beach and all over pismo. Ideal beach house that you can tell was very loved with lots of character.

This Airbnb met and exceeded all of our expectations! We came for an organization retreat and fully used the property, its amenities, and its ideal location. Would rate this at 11/10 if we could, and would recommend any family or group of friends to book this place as it allowed us to spend meaningful time with each other. Having the beach just steps away was amazing!

Everything is exactly as pictures but we super appreciated the quality bed linens and mattresses! Something even the best hosts often let slide. Had a great time exploring the central coast and using Avila as a home base. Garage was filled with all the beach necessities (even beach hats! Which I didn’t realize I forgot until I saw theirs). The restaurants around the corner and at the end of the pier were all delicious. Only regret is that we never roasted s’mores on the rooftop! We left our skewers for the next guests to enjoy.

The house was so beautiful, and Melissa was very nice. The house has everything you need and more. We had an amazing stay! It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. Melissa always responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely recommend staying at her lovely home and would definitely want to stay there again.

We spent the entire week saying, "This is SOOOOO nice!" to each other over and over. The condo is perfection -- you can tell that the building and all the details were well-built and thoughtfully considered. The murals throughout the condo are really special. And the beds and bedding were SO comfortable! The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing on chilly mornings. We loved having the garage (made storing surf boards so much easier!), the elevator (no lugging suitcases up stairs), and washing machine, and the kitchen was well-equipped enough that we cooked half of our meals there. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door - the condo is in a perfect spot to walk outside and surf, lounge, or beach comb. We walked down the beach to the butterfly park every day. We go to Pismo a few times a year and will definitely book Jatinder's lovely home again!

We had a great time at Michelles place in beautiful Cayucos. It was right across from the beach and the house was everything we were hoping for. It was well stocked with blankets, towels, kitchen items, and beds! There were 8 of us and usually the youngest have to sleep on a couch, but not here! There were also two living/family rooms - one downstairs - which was nice since some of our group wanted to stay up late and they didn't bother the ones who went to bed earlier. The little town of Cayucos is really nice, and you are a short drive to Moss Landing which is a bigger town with gas/supermarket, etc. This is also a great place to stay if you are visiting Hearst Castle, which is about 1/2 hour north. Wonderful stay!!

Haley’s place was absolutely perfect! The design is so cool—modern, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with brand-new, clean furniture that made the space feel luxurious yet cozy. The location was ideal: a quiet and safe neighborhood just a short distance from downtown SLO, with plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well-organized, making it easy to relax and enjoy my trip. Haley was a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming, and attentive to details. I’d highly recommend staying here and would love to book again in the future!

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

Staying at this Airbnb was a true delight! Linda is an exceptionally gracious host, and the space itself was immaculate. I especially appreciated the thoughtful note detailing the home and nearby attractions. The beautiful antiquities added such character, and the tranquil garden and sunroof provided a wonderfully peaceful escape. Its convenient proximity to the CalPoly campus made for easy walks, and the reliable internet allowed me to work seamlessly. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Every single detail was so well planned out. From the moment we pulled up out front, we felt right at home. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the toys and ping pong table, while the adults loved sitting by the fire pit and enjoying the hot spa. Nugget ice maker and espresso machine were a bonus that we were so grateful for. Our family had the best time & cannot wait to come back & visit. Our only regret was not staying in this beautiful home longer! Thank you for having us!

This is a great house in a great location. It had everything I needed for a long weekend visiting my kid at CalPoly. David was great to work with and made everything easy.

We enjoyed our stay in Morro Bay. the house was perfect for us and another couple. Catharine was helpful and the place was easy to find. we would stay there again! the house was very clean and we appreciated all of the hospitality. Catharines was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Beautiful, clean, adorable decorative home with everything you need. Wish we owned it. Close to the dunes and stored and Pismo. Raquel was amazing as well. Don’t let this one pass you by. ❤️

Lovely stay. very central to the areas we were looking to visit (Oceano/AG/Pismo). Host was very communicative and everything was very well documented.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was super comfortable, clean, and spacious. Michael and Eleanor were great hosts as well, super kind and responsive.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Reid and Jacy's place very much- it was perfect for what we needed in terms of bedrooms and layout (5 adults, 1 toddler, and a dog), and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely recommend! Some notes: they have a walk in closet that can be used for the crib in the master. The neighborhood is quiet for dog-walking; I'd recommend carrying a flashlight or using your phone in the evenings when it gets dark.
