This home is in a scenic location.
Family friendly cottage in centre of Staithes with sea views. Renovated to a high standard with stylish touches. Sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. Board games, DVDs, books, 3 TVs. Outhouse with deckchairs, beach chairs, beach cricket, bat & ball, bodyboards, buckets & spades, beach towels. Perfectly located for everything Staithes has to offer.

The space
The cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The kitchen has fridge freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle & toaster. On the first floor is a twin bedroom with TV/DVD and a cosy single bedroom. Top bedroom has double bed, TV and stunning sea views. Modern bathroom with bath & shower. Baby items available - travel cot, high chair, stair gate. There is a shared space up the steps to the right of the cottage where you can take deckchairs up to take in the best view in Staithes. Strictly no pets.

Other things to note
You can drive down into the village to drop off but there is no parking space allocated to the cottage so you must park in the car park at the top of the village. Staithes is hilly and there are steps up to the cottage. Please bear this in mind if you have mobility issues.
