Welcome to newly-built Shore Break, a prime location just steps from the sea. Watch for whales from the front porch, or better yet, walk one minute to the shore. It’s also a short stroll to both beach access and Brother Jonathan park which boasts a children‘s play area. Downtown restaurants, shops, beachfront, Marine Mammal center, and the scenic Battery Point Lighthouse are minutes away. Magnificent old growth Redwoods and the pristine Smith River are a 15-minute drive away.

The space
Step up to a cozy porch overlooking views of the ocean. Inside, you‘ll find a charming great room with an electric fireplace. The space opens to an expansive full kitchen and dining space the whole family can enjoy. A utility area has a washer and dryer, as well as storage. The en-suite primary bedroom hosts a king-size bed and walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms and a hall bath with tub/shower complete the space.

The whole house is yours to use and enjoy during your vacation.

Other things to note
There is a ramp for those who have trouble with stairs. The front door is keyless and you will receive a code prior to your stay.
For the kitchen door, which is accessed by the ramp, you will need to just lock and unlock it from the inside, and use the front door keypad when you enter and exit the house
WiFi is available.
The TV in the living room has Internet apps that you are welcome to log into.
The TV in the main bedroom has an Amazon fire stick that you may use with your own account.
There is a portable dehumidifier/air conditioner stored in the laundry area.
