The space
Your accommodation is a 27 sqm studio condo unit with a balcony, located in the low-rise building of Twin Lakes Vineyard Residences, Shiraz Tower.

The unit includes a double-sized bed that comfortably accommodates 2 pax. It is equipped with split-type air conditioning, a Smart TV w/ Netflix, 20mbps PLDT FIBR WiFi, and a dining table.

Dishwashing liquid and sponges are provided in the kitchen. The bathroom is stocked with two bath towels, hand soap, and tissues, and features a hot and cold shower, as well as body wash and shampoo in dispensers.

The spacious balcony offers a scenic view of the Mountain Ridge of Batangas and includes a coffee table. Please note that construction is currently ongoing on the right side of the property.

Pets are welcome for a fee of P300. Please include this information in your reservation details.
