Sea Breeze is a charming pet friendly, 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom cottage that sleeps 10 just across the street from the beach with beautiful gulf views and a fabulous private pool. Enjoy the gulf views from the covered porch with comfy adirondack chairs, 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, bunk area and Aloha room with trundle bed and 360 degree views of the island. The pool area has dining table, chaise loungers and 1/2 bath with extra fridge. Fish cleaning sink, gas and charcoal grill.

The space
Sea Breeze has one Sleep Number King bed with gulf view, one King bed in the main bedroom with private deck, one Queen bed overlooking the pool, one set of bunk beds outside the main bedroom and one twin trundle bed in the Aloha room with small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink. All bedrooms have their own TV with either Roku or Fire TV access.
The kitchen has been completely updated and stocked with everything you should need including a large pantry with coffee station that has a Keurig and 12 cup drip coffee makers.
There is new furniture in the living room with a 60" Smart TV.
The covered porch has great views of the gulf and the private pool has a table with seating for 6 and 8 loungers.
The carport has an outdoor shower, fish sink, gas grill, picnic table and storage room with bikes, 10 beach chairs and pool toys.
The pool bathroom is very convenient for use while outside or at the pool and also contains and extra refrigerator with freezer for overflow and keeping the fish you catch!
The AC system has been recently updated with dehumidifiers and full house air purification system.
There are also water filters on the fridge and cold water in the kitchen for your enjoyment.
