Welcome to a slice of heaven in Brooklyn. This renewed Old Victorian features a 3 bedroom, 2 bath that is nearby the beautiful water views that include the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty. The train station is up the block, and parking is available on site. The house is brand new, and there's nothing like this on the market. This is place has 1400sf of space, kitchen is an open layout, laundry in unit, big European windows for sunlight. You must have valid ID presented upon check-in.

We have high ceilings, you get 2 private bathrooms, a full chef’s kitchen, a private outdoor space, and private parking. There’s no property like this available in Brooklyn, and we’re happy to offer this luxury experience for people to truly enjoy New York City 🥰🥰🥰

For locals in Bay Ridge, for those who are visiting family and want a home to enjoy for their family during their stay, our place is perfect for you. We’d had families leave the grandparents with the kids while the parents go out lol We love to see people enjoy themselves!

Our place has also been recently used by brides to get ready, staycation post wedding, and has also been used for their families staying over, getting ready for the wedding day. We have a great patio and backyard patio for pictures. Near us is a hair salon, flower shop, discount store for little goodies, coffee shop, train station, bus station, deli for snacks and sandwiches. Everything you need is right around the block from us.

For our muslim community, there is a popular yemeni coffee shop called Qawah house that is walking distance from us - perfect place for tea and socializing. We have many mosques in the area as well. Lots of halal food options and middle eastern shops everywhere.

For our jewish community, the synagogue in bay ridge is near by and walking distance from us and we are 15-20 minutes away from Park Slope.

Another perfect stay for guests are those that transition into moving to a new place. Whether waiting for the new apartment to he ready, or construction is being done and you want to stay somewhere away from the dust and work. A lot of real estate agents who have their clients who are looking for a temp place love to recommend their guests here. We are a home away from home, with a luxury feel that’s ready to settle into at anytime. That’s the beauty of having a place that’s always so proper and clean!
