* If you are 18pax and below (there is a discount of 3,500 pesos with 3 bedrooms only that will be open)

- Can accommodate 6 guests per room
- 2 hotel type queen size beds with complete
beddings.

- Own spacious toilet and bath with heater and hair

- Bath towel per person, body soap, shampoo and
hand soap and toilet papers will be provided.
- 50-inch Smart TV with your favorite apps.
- Each bedroom has their own outdoor private patio
with lounges and coffee table.

- 3 sets of 8-seater dining tables and chairs and extra

- 2 gas stoves, pots, pans and complete cooking

- Hot and cold-water dispenser with free 5 gallons -
1 bottle) of filtered water per overnight stay

-We have Dolce Gusto Coffee machine and pods for
sale per cup. You can request from our staff for
assistance.
-Charcoal for grilling per bag for sale.
* Cooking by our staff is not allowed, but they could
assist with the set up of the Griller.
3. Entertainment Hall/building:
- Consists of a covered open area with Billiards,
Table Tennis and Darts
- Private KTV/Movie/Game room which is
air-conditioned.
Included in this room are the ff:
- 55inch Smart TV, PS4 with controllers and multiple
games, board games.
- Platinum karaoke with hundreds
of songs and a Soundbar
- 2 spacious full toilet and bathroom with heater (can
be used for shower before and after after swimming)
4. Outdoor:
- Spacious 50sqm Saltwater swimming pool 3-5 ft deep
with surrounding garden lounge chairs and tables.
- A big Jacuzzi which can fit up to 8 pax
(free 1 hour use per overnight stay) but up to 10pm
only.
- Outdoor pool shower
- Half Court for Basketball with Volleyball, Badminton
and Pickleball nets ( All sporting equipments will be
provided upon request)
- Garden Firepit to enjoy warm intimate evenings
under the stars. Bonfire can be requested and can
be arranged by our staff , but upto 10pm only

in excess of 1 hour is is an additional fee of P500 per hour.

2. Only Registered Guests are allowed to enter the resort. Unregistered / Unannounced Guests fee is P2,000 per head.
3. No Pets allowed.
4. No Smoking indoors. Designated Smoking Area is at the Firepit Area.
5. No eating or drinking or smoking inside the Villa
Bedrooms.
6. No Eating and drinking and smoking inside or beside the swimming pool.
7. No Smoking inside the KTV Room.
8. No Diving, Running and Jumping on the swimming pool for safety.
9. Please Observe Quiet hours from 10 pm - 8am.
