It is so far the best Air BnB we have stayed. It went beyond our expectations when it comes to the cleanliness and the amenities of the unit. Host was very accommodating and responsive. will definitely book again.

The house is very nice. Enjoy the Karaoke and the pool area looked really nice. The caretaker for the house was very nice, polite and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful but yet still in the heart of Manila and convenient if you’re looking for something near the airport. It’s very peaceful and quiet. Really enjoyed the place and the caretaker is super friendly. Waited for us outside to make sure we found the place. Very nice 👍🏽

Monariz was a responsive and very professional host. The home was just as she described. I was so impressed that I used the home twice in two separate but related trips to Manila within a 30 day period. I will need to return next year and I hope the home is available yet again. Three things in particular stood out for me: 1. Host - 1st class; 2. Location - perfect for my professional and personal needs; and, 3. Friendly building staff personnel with every encounter. I highly recommend Monariz and her home 🎯🎯

Loved watching tv in the bedroom. Unit was quiet I didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. The only two things were no hot water in the shower and the wifi was very slow, my cellular data was faster. Anything else was fine.

The place is great,it is near high street, fort strip, market market, and SM Aura. The area is very walkable with restaurants and convenience stores very close to the location.

wonderful place. it has great views overlooking Laguna de Bay. It's a few blocks from High Street, about 5 minutes walk. The toom feels vrey private and peaceful. The building staff is very accommodating.

when we arrived at Jun's place after being stuck in China for 24 hours we felt straight at home... the place is really homey. it's like a home away from home. everything you need... it's all there. the place is near everything and everywhere... just across the street is the edsa shangri-la mall and a few more steps away is the megamall. there's a live band and food stalls that starts from Friday till Sunday and lots of different restaurants and shops near too. when you get inside the condo you are greeted by a smiling security guard and friendly receptionist that would greet you anytime of the day. also, they now have a rif card so it makes you feel more secured than before. Joanne is also really friendly and easy to contact... we came home late one night and when we get to the door... the key broke and luckily Joanne is there to the rescue. she managed to send us a duplicate key ASAP... thank God for lalamove. we had the key copied the next day and left it with the other keys.

Villa Lumbreras inside Crosswind is a perfect place for a quick vacation in Tagaytay, its very pretty and relaxing. Its away from the busy places but within driving distance. The guesthouse is as described , very clean, everything you need is available, lots of places to eat nearby, My relative said it has a very positive vibe. Lastly the host is great, thank you for having us.

The place is nice and feels cozy. The place is surrounded by plants and trees. I liked the natural hotspring and jacuzzi. My family and friends enjoyed our stay here. Kuya Joseph also is helpful and assist us properly. I recommend this place if you want a quick getaway. Location is very accessible and has food delivery service (Grab) if you want to order food.

Our 2nd time with this resort and definitely not the last. Overall experience is amazing!

Giving Mera's place a 5 star, as she is really hospitable and thoughtful with the choices of fixtures, even lent me a can opener. while i did enjoy her place, i am sending her points to improve. I own a condo too and these are just minor things.

Absolutely amazing condo! The condo is exactly like the pictures and is very clean. There are many good restaurants and cafes in the area, and it is easy to go around in the area with a tricycle. I would also definitely recommend this place to future exchange students of ADMU since it is only a 5 minute walk to get to the ADMU campus. Overall, I am very happy that I was able to stay in this beautiful condo for a longer term. Thank you Rina for the great service!
