The Place is great, peaceful and private neighborhood. The listing is accurate from the description to their photos. My family had a great time. The Host is also very kind, accommodating and flexible to our needs. We’ll definitely consider coming back again.

We had a great time during our stay in Casa Benita. The place was clean and it has all that we need. It’s also very spacious that it can accommodate our big family. I also love how responsive the host is. She is very accommodating and very easy to deal with. I would definitely go back here!

★★★★★ Highly Recommended! This home is a hidden gem in Marikina / Lower Antipolo. All rooms, including the living area, are fully air-conditioned, making our stay extra comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped. The space is stylish, modern minimalist, and beautifully furnished. Everything looks and feels thoughtfully designed. It’s also incredibly clean and well-maintained. I also love how peaceful and quiet it is. It truly feels like a Tagaytay vacation home right in the middle of the city. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a big plus. If you're looking for a relaxing and cozy place to stay, this is definitely it! Would love to come back.

We had a great stay here! The host is very accomodating and helpful. ☺️ The place is indeed a cozy home—it's well maintained and clean.

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Loved our stay at Marietta's villa! A bit out of the city but getting there was easy and it had an amazing view! We were able to sleep 6 people comfortably and enjoyed our stay. John the housekeeper was also a pleasure to work with and he helped our team with loading and unloading and even with some of the food delivery requests and recommendations. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED This place is a true example of "COZY". We were overall amazed! The place is complete with all the things you may need throughout the stay. 5 stars to the kitchen which we really loved! We'll definitely go back as we fell in love with the place! Kudos to the host who made our stay superb!

Place was neat, clean and organized! Cleanest Airbnb we have stayed so far. Even the corners of kitchen and bathroom are spotless! It really feels like home away from home :) Everything we need is available, the host is very responsive to requests and inquiries.

check in and check out is a breeze. Dale is very flexible and accommodating. Since our arrival flight is scheduled to arrive early. he granted my request to check in early. Location is perfect with lots of restaurants nearby. Thank you Dale for being such a wonderful host.

The host was very accomodating and the place was spotless and clean! Had a very fun and comfortable stay with friends, as we all enjoyed the entertaining activities included with the booking! Mostly had fun with the Ps4 hahaha but everything was worth the price🫶🏻
