The space
Luxurious, bright open condo in a small complex with private pool and onsite parking. One King bedroom suite with extra large full bathroom and one Queen bedroom with adjacent large full bathroom. Generous kitchen with high-end appliances, gold utensils, knife set, glassware and Italian dinnerware, plus plastics for everyone's needs. Modern kitchen appliances, french door refrigerator, separate ice maker, wine cooler fridge and many extra small appliances including toaster ovens and air fryers. Coffee bar with all the drinker's amenities. Cherry Grove Pier is less than half mile walk. The town of Cherry Grove is a wonderful, growing, small-town beach place to be and see. You will want to live here!
Only two parking spaces are allowed, with a permitted window placard. No Smoking, No cigars, no parties or underage rental guests. Please contact me for questions and concerns. Small Pets considered with a small fee.
