Please bring own bedding, towels, oven gloves & teatowels- (duvets & pillows are provided but not covers/fitted sheets etc you need to supply your own this allows me to keep prices down as I am not paying laundry fees after each guest too)

Please note - all items are on an inventory & checked after each guest leaves - anything missing or damaged you will be liable to pay for - please be mindful during your stay

PET RULES 🐕small dogs only 🐶

* Any dogs must be added to your booking so I can inform my cleaner in advance
* Dogs if wet must be dried off before entering van
* Must not be allowed on couches or bedding
* All pet hair MUST be hoovered up before leaving - hoover is provided
* Pets Must not be left unaccompanied in caravan
* Any damages or additional cleaning charges incurred due to not cleaning up after your pet before leaving will incur additional charges

Please ensure all windows are closed & locked & all sockets are turned off before leaving (including TVs please)

Please put all rubbish in bins near park entrance on leaving site

🚗 Please use car parks either at entrance or to the right of the caravan & walk along to avoid fines for parking/driving on the grass - we are only a few vans away from carpark - NEW RULES 2024
