The space
The kitchen is fully stocked, including a Keurig, coffee maker, a coffee bar, and kids' dish sets. All linens, including comfy throw blankets, are provided for the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. We offer a washer and dryer in the condo, including starter laundry soaps.

The guest bedroom closet contains 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, a cooler, and a beach umbrella for your stay.

Upon your arrival, we have essentials for cleaning and cooking (seasoning and cooking spray), as well as a starter kit of items for a couple of days, including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, hand/dish soap, coffee, creamers, sugar, muffin mix, disposable coffee cups, a first aid kit under the kitchen sink, and a fire extinguisher.

Our condo offers one of the largest balconies in Tower 1. Viewing the fantastic emerald Gulf waters and stunning sunsets, you will enjoy every minute of it.

We are located minutes from shopping, bars/restaurants, the newly opened Top Golf, Dolly Parton Pirates Voyage, and The New Tootsie's

Guest access
You will receive a keyless entry code prior to arrival, along with instructions for check-in, parking, and getting to the condo on the Oceanfront. We have a camera at our front door.

Other things to note
This property offers a seasonal tiki bar with great food, drinks, and live entertainment.

We have a general store located in Tower 2 ground level as well.

There are beach chairs and an umbrella available to rent at the beach hut located beach side. They also offer parasail, banana boat, and paddle board rentals.

We are centrally located within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. The entire resort is family friendly.

We have a welcome book in the condo with lots of local information on things to do, places to eat, and more.

Parking Garage/lot: Up to 2 spaces, no specific parking spots.

Parking is paid directly to the resort via a link the co-host provides after booking is completed.
