Welcome! This beach front, first floor condo located in the popular Island Retreat condos! Perfect for the family or a couples getaway. Easily accessible by golf cart to restaurants, shopping and the beach.
Private 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6. Walk out the back door to enjoy the ocean; Walk out the front door to one of the two huge pools on site! New pickle ball and tennis courts. Large, private patio with ample seating is perfect for watching the sunrise or taking an afternoon nap.

Please note this is a condominium meaning shared walls. We are on the ground floor and it is likely you will hear some noise from above and beside you at times. Refunds or discounts will not be provided due to expected noise. If you experience excessive noise during quiet hours please reach out to host.

Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.

During the offseason there are annual maintenance tasks that need to be performed on an ocean front building, we will do our best to inform you before your stay if we know about a maintenance project on our building but if booking during these months (Sept-Mar) please be prepared, although rare, there may be times when additional external noise is possible.
